Step 1 · Add to cart

Browse the catalogue and add fixed-price pieces to your cart, or place a bid on an open auction. For ‘Made to Order' pieces you'll see the lead time on the product page.

Step 2 · Authentication & lock

The moment you complete checkout, the piece is reserved exclusively for you and locked in our climate-controlled warehouse. No other buyer can claim it.

Step 3 · White-glove dispatch

Within 3 working days (or your made-to-order lead time), our handlers crate the piece, photograph the packed unit, and dispatch it via our insured courier network.

Step 4 · Delivered to your address

Delivery within 5–7 working days across India, 14–21 working days internationally. You receive tracking, a delivery window and, for orders above ₹50,000, white-glove installation on request.
