Domestic Shipping (within India)

All domestic orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation. White-glove fine-art carriers (Bluedart, Delhivery Premium, FedEx Fine Art) handle dispatch with full transit insurance up to invoice value.

• Furniture and fragile objects are crated in custom mango-wood boxes with cotton wadding.
• Paintings are double-walled with corner protectors and delivered in moisture-sealed sleeves.
• Jewelry and small objects ship in tamper-evident velvet boxes via insured courier.

Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days for metros, 7–14 working days for tier-2/3 cities and remote pin codes.

International Shipping

We ship insured to UAE, UK, US, Singapore, Canada, Australia and 38 other countries via FedEx International Priority and DHL Fine Art. Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days. Customs and duties are the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is selected at checkout.

Antiquities Export

Objects older than 100 years require an export license under the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972. We help facilitate this at no additional charge; processing typically adds 7–14 working days to dispatch.

Insurance

Every shipment is insured for full invoice value at our cost. In the rare event of damage or loss in transit, we issue a full refund or arrange replacement (if available) within 7 working days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS the moment your object leaves our atelier. You can also view shipment status under your Account.

Failed Deliveries

Two delivery attempts are made at the address you provided. After that, the object is held at the local courier hub for 7 days. Failure to collect or to provide an updated address may incur a re-shipping fee.
